LBP Rewards The most generous rewards program the industry has ever known.
The LBP Rewards Program comprises five Tier Levels, ranging from Pearl to Diamond. Each level offers its members unique rewards, discounts and benefits. Levels are determined on a quarterly basis and are calculated based on your salon’s average monthly spend in the previous quarter. For example, if your salon spends $10,000 in January, $6,000 in February and $8,000 in March, your average monthly spend for the first quarter would be $8,000, which would classify you at a Ruby Tier Level for the second quarter of the year. Please see the chart below for more information on the various Tier Levels.
Salons are encouraged to work with their brand managers and account consultants to determine strategies for reaching the next Tier Level to increase their benefits throughout the year.

R+Co Reward Points are based on net average monthly purchases and are calculated/reset quarterly.
R+Co allows open redemption of points for R+Co and BLEU station + backbar products, education, and R+COLOR developers, ancillary products + accessories.
The Loyalty Program cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
* Â Excursion I registrants will earn 2% off all purchases effective immediately with purchase of ticket.
* Â Excursion I graduates will earn 2% off all purchases effective 11/15/24, but are required to register for Excursion II by 03/31/2025 to maintain discount.
